Do Not Call Policy Statement

Loan One, a division of The Union Bank Company, uses the telephone as one means of staying in contact with our customers and potential customers in our community. In keeping with state and federal laws, and trying to maintain a good relationship with our community, it is the policy of the bank to not make sales-related telephone calls to any person who has indicated a desire not to receive such calls.

You may request to be added to Loan One, a division of The Union Bank Company’s Do Not Call list. The request can be in writing, by telephone or via email. The request should include your name, address and telephone number. If you have multiple telephone numbers, all numbers should be included with the request. A telephone number(s) added to the Do Not Call list will remain on the list for 5 years unless a new request is received to remove the number(s) from the list. If you change your telephone number(s), you will need to submit a new request in order to add the new telephone number(s) to the Do Not Call list.

We may still contact you even if you are on the Do Not Call list for non-solicitation purposes. This would include issues related to existing account relationships (i.e., maturity of an account, collection of a late payment, etc.).
