I would like to take a minute to thank you for the opportunity to get my new home. I have to tell you that I am in my company’s customer service team and when I get great customer service from people I deal with in my personal life I have to tell their company about their hard work and dedication to the customers.

I was amazed at how hard [my mortgage banker] worked to make my experience with the loan process as painless to me as possible. He was very up front and honest about things from the start. He gave me a list of the documents I was going to need and he kept following up with me the whole way to make sure that he had the correct paperwork needed. He also had offered to meet with me at my house if needed to sign papers instead of me having to either print and sign then scan back to him or me driving all the way to your offices. I feel that he had went above and beyond my aspects of what I had expected to receive during the loan process. He was in constant communication with me and when others failed to reach out to let me know about things going on like, the home inspection that no one else had called to tell me about.

I would like to thank you for having him in your company and let you know he is helping to gain your company’s future customers by providing great customer service to the current ones like me. I will gladly and already have told many people that I know about  your company for their future business.
